Ribbon Falls
Ribbon Falls is located near El Capitan and is the highest single falls in Yosemite at 1,612 feet. It is the highest continuous waterfalls in the United States   (Upper Yosemite Falls is 1,430 feet)

Ribbon Falls is fed by snow melt and doesn't flow all year. (Yosemite Falls often goes dry or slows to a trickle  late in the year.) It is a scramble to it's base and is off the main tourist routes.
