My first attempt on Argus peak was from Great Falls Basin and didn't get very far due to the huge boulders. My second was from the Homewood Canyon/Ruth Mine area and also ended in failure but proved the feasibility of that route. My next two attempts from Homewood Canyon were successful, alone the first and with an old climbing buddy Mike the second.
