Sara and her nephew Thomas Shields (probably around 1913)
Sarah Moran was one of  the three Moran sisters I grew up knowing. She was close with her sister Helen and I saw a lot of those two. (The 3rd was Marry (Moran) Tucker.) She had been the office manager at City Ice and Fuel down off Lincoln Park in Albany when she was younger. She had been married once and divorced. Her second marriage was to Ambrose Adamski in 1936. He worked at General Electric in Schenectady and they lived in Rotterdam.
Andy usually had a drink and a cigarette in his hand. His favorite saying was "Holy Toledo" (occasionally "Holy cow"). My mother recalled two occasions where he broke a piece of her favorite crystal, his response was "I must have my round bottomed shoes on" I was trained in the art of beer drinking at a very early age. Being half German and half Irish, I was bred to drink beer

Sally had been married and divorced. The church wouldn't recognize divorce. When her ex-husband died Sally and Andy renewed their vows with a church wedding and a reception at my parents house for their 25 Anniversary around August 1961.
