Data Systems Technician, May 1971- May 1977.

   1975-77 Maintained the Naval Tactical Data System (NTDS) aboard the USS Worden (CG-18). Responsible for  Computers, Magnetic Tape Drives, Tactical Displays, and various Analog Interfaces Used extensively as a system  and inter system troubleshooter.

   1973-75 Maintained  NTDS equipment at the Combat Systems Technician Schools Command at Mare Island, Ca. Worked corrective and preventative maintenance on Sperry-Univac mainframe and mini computers, Hughes Aircraft tactical display systems (UYA-4 and SYA-4) and various other NTDS second generation peripherals.

   1971-73 Attended extensive Electronics & Computer hardware training. Troubleshooting to discrete component gate level. ( DTL & TTL logic ) Machine language diagnostic programming.
