(Dennis always liked 7 of 9) |

Dennis was the one who talked me into getting
a PC in about 94-95. It was a 486 I bought from a local guy named Walp. (I had a
286 laptop that only ran only DOS, which I had taken to Alaska on
my ALCAN trip in 92.) I've been addicted to computers ever since.
Actually I've been addicted since 71 when I became a DS. Dennis gave me a space artwork slide show I've
always enjoyed. I think they are all by the same artist. (John P
Hunter? probably not even close) |

Boris Vallejo |
|
Dennis gave me two books on the artwork of Boris Vallejo. Unfortunately
I never did any painting for the 20 years that I knew Dennis. I liked
the artist's name since I had lived in Vallejo for 20 years. |
|
Dennis turned me on to the haunting music of
Enya. His taste often leaned towards classical music, which I gave him a
bunch I had collected from my Aunt when she died. I collect sincere and heartfelt compliments.
I only have a few I treasure. One was from Dennis near the end of his
life when he started addressing me as "His friend." "I am
and always will be your friend" - Spock. Leonard Nimoy died shortly
after Dennis |
